That was our walk for a week in august 2021. Most perfect place we’ve traveled. Stayed at Waikiki Beach Marriott at the turn around of the video (where all the surfers are). Beach was perfect, right across the street. Planning our next return…

Wow the beach got smaller. When I was younger the sand was more further out and the water level wasn't high as it is now. I can say the same for Lanikai beach as well. This is what happens when you got too much land development in the same area.
Wow,this brings back fond memories when I resided on the island in the 1990's in Kalihi valley area near Kam shopping center close to the Waipahu area as not much has changed over the years except for some new buildings ,So much appreciated and Mahalo!
Don’t come to Hawaii now! We are going on lockdown and don’t have hospital beds! Local folks are tired, burnt out and angry with tourism now. No available Aloha- Kala mai.
