Very nice city. And very fast to go from Helsinki where I live. 45min by plane, 6 hours with bus or 4,5h with train. Train is easiest. Good Georgian restaurants and sushi places.
Need lot of documents now because of corona. Covid-test in Finland and also in Russia and visa. I hope this madness ends some day. Took already 2 vaccines and keeping maks in growded places. They are planning even third vaccine. If it goes to fourth and fift vaccine I have enough. This have to end some day and let people live their lives. I went there last summer and didnt get covid even I was in restaurants. Lot of football tourists got covid but they were drunk and of course people are drunk in noisy crowded bars and need to talk loud and next to each other. I think just keeping normal distance and mask in places like metro was enough. Of course people in risk groups need to be careful
