Too many new immigrants driving the prices up and the people have NOT protected the rivers. The Native Americans and Environmentalists have tried to the others try to exploit it with massive developments as nature doesn’t have anywhere to live anymore. People need to stop moving across the world and take care of their overpopulation and pollution in their home countries. The Canadian government stole the land from the Native Americans and sold it to corporations and the rest is crown land. They created a genocide of the Native Americans and used them for medical and surgical experiments. East Vancouver is laden full of drug addicts and there is a seriously bad opioid crisis from China. It’s out of control. Go study what damage the Canadian government has done to the Native Americans and learn to be respectful towards them, this is their land and it all belongs to them, and no one else. No one should legally be selling it, leasing it, nothing and profits should have to go back to them to help them get out of poverty and get educated. What the Canadian government has done is disgraceful: This is not a place for you to live. It’s a place for Native American Indigenous people and that is all.
